Can I open the file in Audacity, Save As and change the extension or do I need to take the file to another app for extension translation/change? Version 3.4 runs on Win11: Windows Audacity 3.4 is tested on Windows 10 & 11 Windows Vista, 7 and 8.1 may still work, but are no longer tested. BUT I wouldn’t recommend upgrading audacity OR your operating system in the middle of an important project.
