So says GPU-Z and RTSS. The System memory seems to stay in check for the most part. Get off my GPU Memory Windows. By Leak I mean even with only windows desktop left running, and the essential tasks to keep it so. I have games that will never saturate 1.5GB of Video Memory on my setup. Heck Far Cry 3 does not. I am ranting , in know.
