The sct does NOT adjust your speedo to correct it for changes in tire sizes. That information is stored in the ABS module and the programmer doesn't communicate with that module during programming. Therefore it simply cannot adjust your speedo for correction changes due to tire sizing.

Look for SCT Device updater and click on the link to download the software. Once you install it the drivers should hook up to the SCT Device once you plug the SCT Device into your Windows based computer via the provided Micro USB Cable.
