"Stopped in to buy shaving cream and a replacement bulb for my car. Both items were locked behind glass. We don't live in California or Portland Oregon! Stop treating your customers like criminals! Oh and if you trust me to do my own check out why don't you trust me to select a $5 can of shaving cream? I'll shop at Meijer just down the street from now on! They had my items on the shelf!"

"The customer service at this store is absolutely terrible! \nI came in to purchase a new laptop and the salesperson didn't even acknowledge my presence. I stood in front of the laptop I wanted for approximately 20 minutes while he helped another couple with their purchase. I wasn't upset that he was helping someone else but that he could have at least greeted me and acknowledged that I was waiting patiently. Honestly, I would give zero stars if that were an option. Best Buy, you really need to do better with your hiring practices. No wonder companies like Amazon are taking over and putting you guys out of business. If this is the type of service I'm going to get then I would rather shop online but not with your company."

"While I am satisfied with the refrigerator I purchased, their delivery service is lousy. Time frame was from 7am-7pm. Then changed to 1:30-5-30. Showed up at 3:45 which was fine but is only one way to get large items in my home, which was a hassle to get communicated. Finally got installed but on their way out they totally smashed the downspout next to driveway and of course didn't say anything. Lesson learned Best Buy, you have permanently lost my business."

"GEEK SQUAD AND MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! \nI had a computer issue and Geek Squad said it would be 30 minutes to fix. Instead an hr. and half later they just left and deleted my email + my folders for work. Then 15 HOURS later, missing 3+ days work and my email and folders still not working properly with errors everywhere, the Supervisor told me it was "Out of Their Scope." He gave me a list of people to call and none even understood Microsoft. I contacted their Manager, Matthew Bonner, Manager Best Buy/Geek Squad and he didn't even bother to call me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE SHOULD BE FIRED! Go somewhere else!"
