"I called this dealer one time to ask if a car on there site was available I found on Autotrader , they were quick and called me back saying it was already sold and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I said no I was looking for a specific 2023 left over with an almost 20k discount.That was Nov, now in December. They will not quit calling and texting me almost everyday. I've asked them to quote by both text and phone call and they keep calling and texting me. I've been trying to deal with my father that had a heart attack and don't have time for my phone to blow up from a car lot I've told I don't need any help and there's nothing they have I want. They have definitely lost any chance of me buying anything from them by the constant hounding. My lawyer will be giving them a call if it doesn't stop. Definitely don't give these guys your contact information if you don't want them to hound you."

"This is now the third time they have had my work truck- I cannot work without it as it is our only truck and I need it! The first time, they had the truck for 4 days and couldn't find the issue I clearly mentioned, so I pick the truck up and of course it breaks down within 10 miles of driving, so I limp it back to the shop, tell them what I think the calipers are locked up or sticking and he insists they are free they just checked them. Well they ended up calling my boss back to say oh yeah that's the problem. So they replace the front calipers and pads for $1000+ after having the truck for another few days. Not sure why the rotors weren't replaced as they've been very hot on several occasions now. I pick the truck up and it drives fine for about 2-3 weeks. Monday December first the brakes lock up again for a third time, now here I am a week later and my truck still is not fixed. I have missed over 10 days of work and lost thousands of dollars due to this dealership. And I still don't have my truck!!!!!"
