All the overlooks have a covered pavilion and picnic tables and adequate parking. I personally like the Black Mountain overlook the best.

Since we have had such a hot summer; I have found early signs of fall foliage already starting. The full foliage should arrive by the end of the month of September and early October. Just depending on the amount of rain and weather leading up to the autumn season.
