HBO's TV return to the wizarding world of 'Harry Potter' has started production at Leavesden Studios in the U.K. and revealed a first look.

An actor and comedy, Frost is likely best known for his work with Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright, having appeared in “Shaun of the Dead,” “Hot Fuzz” and “The World’s End.” He also starred in Pegg’s TV comedy “Spaced” and co-created and starred in the comedy horror “Truth Seekers,” a 2020 series Pegg also co-created.

From casting backlash to the controversy surrounding author J.K. Rowling's views on transgender issues, the series has faced scrutiny from every angle. For me personally, there is one simple reason as to why I will not be tuning in - it's the age-old saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Harry Potter has already made its mark on the big screen, but the upcoming HBO series could finally do what the movies didn't, i.e., fully honor the books' creative potential.
