It’s been two weeks since Najee Harris injured his eye in a Fourth of July fireworks accident, and fans are still searching for clarity on just how serious the situation might be.
Wide receiver Mike Williams’ agent has informed the Chargers he is retiring, the team confirmed Thursday as training camp began.
The sooner the better for the Chargers with Williams, though. Hortiz and Co. brought him back in an effort to upgrade the weapons around Herbert. And while the players have a past connection going back years, live reps in camp and for most of it would probably be ideal.
