Two people are dead and multiple others injured in what people said was a drive-by shooting in the parking lot of a southeast Houston nightclub.

Guy House, 47, allegedly shot a Kentucky State Police trooper on a road at Blue Grass Airport before making his way to a church where officials said he killed two women and injured two men.

Two women were killed, and three others, including a Kentucky State Trooper, were injured after a suspect shot at the officer and fled to the Richmond Road Baptist Church, Kentucky authorities said on Sunday. Police have confirmed that the suspect is also dead.

A second man since May died recently while driving due to gunshot wounds on Interstate 24 near Waldron Road, according to news releases.

The homicide was the second one in three weeks investigated by the sheriff’s office, and both have been in Bay Point. A shooting on June 14 killed one person and injured two others. That violence occurred in the 2100 block of Mendocino Drive and was in a residential front yard.
