The Federal Court denied 23XI Racing's request for a preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order against NASCAR on Thursday evening (July 17).

XI and FRM lose court bid to keep charters, must race as open teams as NASCAR scores major win in ongoing legal battle.

The teams will still be able to race in Dover and Indianapolis while another request for court intervention is pending.
