Google announced Gemini for TV this week, offering a purported upgrade over the current Google Assistant for Google TV.

Gemini is now available on at least one television with Google TV and is set to come to other TVs and streaming devices later this year.

When fully rolled out, Google's AI will be on over 300 million active Google TV and other Android TV OS-powered devices.
