Nvidia chief Jensen Huang said it would “accelerate the recovery” of its China sales, after a détente between Beijing and Washington allowed the leading AI chipmaker to resume shipments of a key processor specifically designed for the Chinese market.
At the Beijing Expo, Jensen Huang also announced plans for a new chip for Chinese clients that is designed for robotics and smart factories.
Needham analyst N. Quinn Bolton maintained a Buy rating on Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) and raised the price forecast from $160 to $200 on Wednesday. Nvidia is preparing to resume shipments of its H20 GPUs to China after the U.
In April 2025, the U.S. expanded restrictions to include the Nvidia H20 chip, a China-specific version designed to comply with earlier export rules.
