A Pennsylvania lawmaker plans on introducing legislation that would require front license plates on vehicles . State Sen. State Sen. Katie Muth is proposing legislation to require Pennsylvania drivers to display license plates on both the front and rear of their vehicles.

Pa. State Sen. Katie Muth (D-44th dist.) has announced that she intends to introduce a bill to require all drivers in the state to have two license plates -- on the front and rear of vehicles -- in order to improve identification in hit-and-run incidents.
