The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday determined a teenager will be tried as an adult in connection with a high-speed police pursuit that killed an innocent bystander over the weekend. The 16-year-old boy from Detroit is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in 41B District Court in Clinton Township.
