Bottle training a calf who has been dam raised for the last two months 😅 For me, feeding “backwards” while straddling the calf is the easiest way to begin bottle training at any age. I can support the bottle with one hand and use my other hand to guide the mouth and keep everything in place. As the calf gets more accustomed to this new way of feeding we will be able to hold the bottle in front of her. Bucket feeding is also an option however in my experience there is more waste in the beginning
