Severe Tropical Cyclone Fina continues to move over waters between Darwin and the Tiwi Islands. As of 2:30pm Saturday ACST, Fina is currently a severe category 3 cyclone. One defining feature of cyclones that reach severe category 3 and above is that winds wrapping around the centre of the system can become organised enough to form an eye.
