When I first bumped it on to test rotation I noticed the belt was quite noisy so I grabbed my can of @crcauto Belt Conditioner and give it a good spraying. I am installing this Kurt Workholding DX6 that I snagged from KBC Tools & Machinery I like to snug the left nut on the vise and purposefully push the right front of the vise towards the mill. After that I use light taps from the hammer to bring it into alignment while the Starrett back button indicator sweeps the vise jaw. After some practice you can tram your vise pretty quickly. #machinist #machining #machinesh
